Swim

Take a splash in our 25 metre swimming pool, open to members 7 days a week with times set aside for family swim, lessons, adults only and some fantastic aqua classes!

We understand that recovery is just as important as the workout itself. That’s why we’ve designed our rest and relaxation facilities to provide you with the perfect environment to unwind, rejuvenate, and recharge after your fitness sessions, or even if you just want a bit of me time.

Perfect for those who prefer to work out during quieter times. This membership allows you to enjoy a more relaxed environment. Mon – Fri 9-4pm. Bank Holidays 12- 8pm.
